He was and still is everywhere

Michael Jackson was passionate: He did what made him happy - sing and dance. When you love what you do, you will do whatever it takes to achieve your goals. It's a drive that will come naturally from within, so even though it may take you a while to get to where you want to be, you will enjoy the journey so much that you will not mind the time it takes to get there. Those who believe in the law of attraction will tell you that to be successful you have to be happy because when you are, you focus on what is working and the feeling of happiness that you experience. The more you do this, the more you will attract of the same to your life. If you want to be successful, do what you love. Connect with your passion. Be happy.

serious commitments

Finally …. Made few serious commitments.
Discipline life. I have set high standard and I have set a Goal. to achieve my goal I need to have discipline my life.
Here are few things I am up to now a day’s…
Diet control.. very serious concern. Health concern. I am eating zero calorie food and drinking lot of amala water. And yes I have lost 2 Kg in a week. Applauding…………….yaaa yaaa yaaaa!!!!!
It improves will power and self control is very important. Glowing skin and I feel more energetic. I do miss my “parantha”.

Well good thing I can eat boiled chicken. He he he he
Love you all…..

Michael Jackson

What Produced Michael Jackson's Greatness

You see it in the news:
'MJ had a gift.'
'He was born with it.'
'He was lucky.'
Yet, here's what you don't really hear:
Michael Joseph Jackson worked his butt off.
What people saw on stage at his peak was a culmination of decades of grueling hours of dedication to his work and perfecting his craft.
His childhood consisted of him spending thousands of hours in the studio rehearsing, practicing, and ensuring he hit every note.
He carried that mindset into adulthood, spending several consecutive days and nights in the studio to fine-tune every second of his individual records.
According to those who knew him most, he was the hardest worker they knew.Spike Lee speaking on Michael's "legendary work ethic" said this:
I’ve met a lot of great athletes, Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, and these guys are known for their work ethic. And as great as Michael was, and as great as Kobe is, Michael could give those guys a run for their money when it comes to work ethic.
Kobe Bryant on his mentor:
When I say different, I mean different in the sense of being obsessed with your craft, paying attention to the details, and working your tail off day in and day out and being consumed with what you do. He made me feel it was OK to be that way and helped mentor me in that department.
Said Berry Gordy:
He was driven by his hunger to learn, to constantly top himself, to be the best. He was the consummate student. He studied the greats and became greater. He raised the bar and then broke the bar.
More quotes from those who worked with him (courtesy of gearslutz.com):
"He would be dancing up a storm while singing and doing all of those 'grunts', 'oohs', 'ahhs' vocal sounds that would pepper his tracks. He asked me to take up the carpet so he could dance, and in between takes, he would sing other popular songs of the day just to freestyle and acapella, and we would talk about the music we liked.""The last weekend of recording on HIStory, he came to me and Eddie Delena, and said, 'I'm sorry, but I don't think any of us are going to sleep this weekend. There's a lot to get done, and we have to go to Bernie on Monday morning.' He stayed at the studio the entire time, singing, and mixing...I told him the story of John singing 'twist and shout' while being sick, and though most people think he was screaming for effect, it was actually his voice giving out. He loved it, and then went in to sing his heart out. . . .""I think very few people realized how deeply MJ was involved in his records. He had an incredible music vocabulary -- from showtunes to jazz, to whatever was on the radio. He studied."
Talent = myth.
We tell kids they can be anything they want to be if they set their mind to it.
So they jump from "I want to play in the NBA!", to "I want to cure cancer!", to "I want to win American Idol!".
What they forget:
Perfecting X takes decades of hard, strenuous, freakish hard work.
Professional athletes from the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, PGA, MLS, etc, etc., etc., etc. have over a decade of experience practicing and improving and excelling at their individual crafts.
Likewise with Nobel laureates, world championship chessmasters, renowned programmers, and any other top X.
Michael Jackson's greatness didn't come from talent; hard, strenuous, work produced his greatness.
Prepare for the long road ahead to achieving greatness.
Rest in peace, Michael.

Michael Jackson

tweetmeme_source = 'BloggingStocks';
While Michael Jackson is referred to affectionately by fans as the "King of Pop," he could have just as easily carried the title "The hardest working man in show business" except for the fact that elder statesmen of the music world, the late James Brown earned that title first.

Jackson, like Houdini and Knievel pushed himself to his human limits and paid a heavy price. His music will live on and perhaps like the music of Elvis, The Doors, and even the Beatles (Jackson at one time owned the rights) will earn more after his death than before.

Michael Jackson

He was humble and grateful for his fame and his fans' appreciation. He made hit after hit, celebrated music videos one after another, sealed obscenely huge record sales and contracts. He had unprecedented $ponsorship deals with Pepsi, and LA Gear Sportwear. People stood in line at 1AM to purchase "Thriller" when it came out, even though the store didn't open until 9 AM.

My biggest challenge as a teacher.

My biggest challenge as a teacher.
Sometimes I need to tell the truth to my students and I know it hurts them. No one likes to get the reality check but as a teacher and mentor it is my moral duty to teach them the hard lessons. I go through this emotional trauma everyday. I do fear of losing them as well. I love all my students and I care for them.

Success Secret of Shahrukh Khan

Many people often get amazed at how a man with an ordinary personality and acting talent can become a super star in Bollywood and become darling of the people for more than a decade. Success of Shahrukh Khan is a very interesting case study for the people who want to succeed in life or for those businessmen who want to set up money-spinning business.
Many people do believe that Shahrukh Khan is a media created super star which has been presenting him as a king of Bollywood and often comparing him to Amitabh Bachchan, sometimes more successful then him. Actually Shahrukh Khan can not match the acting talent of great Amitabh Bachchan. But still Khan is highly successful and can inspire common people with his traits which made him very successful. If he had not got those traits then neither media nor any big producer would have been able to drag him to super stardom for long. So the man definitely has something in him that made him to remain at the top for so long.

HE HAS A STRONG SELF IMAGE
World famous plastic surgeon and scientist Dr. Maxwell Maltz found that success of a person depends more on the self-image of a person than skill or talent.
Shahrukh Khan is a shining example of this scientific truth. His self-image is as big as Himalayas. Positive self-image boosts his self-confidence. Even if he fails in a role or face criticism inferiority complex or depression never struck him. He simply and very confidently moves into the other chapter of life and comes with a new hit. The best reflection of his strong self-image is a dialogue that he spoke while talking to a journalist: "There are only to big Khans in this world, one is Genghis Khan and other is Shahrukh Khan."
On his self-comparison with a twentieth century world-conqueror many called him arrogant but it definitely reflects his self-confidence in himself. You may call him lucky that he got such a fantastic self-image from his parents or surroundings.
DISCIPLINE AND HARD WORK
It is almost impossible to achieve anything in life without a strong dose of discipline and hardworm. And Shahrukh gets 10/10 marks here. Directors like him because he reaches on the sets on time, is very cooperative with them, and works very hard on his work. Due to his habit of discipline and hard work he is respected everywhere. He is a shining example of this quotation of Albert Einstein: “Genius is one percent inspiration and ninety-nine percent perspiration.”
GOOD PUBLIC RELATIONS
He always maintains good relations in the film industry with his producers, directors, co-stars, other people and his friends and well-wishers. He is polite in talking and nobody has seen him in a vicious mood like so many other stars. He doesn't show tantrums. He talks less and never criticises others. This is the reason Bollywood people like to work with him.
Shahrukh Khan is definitely having those traits which are essential to succeed in any highly competitive field.

New Beginning

For many years, I have had the privilege of knowing the renowned Math Teacher Ms Vandita karla. By the time she was thirty, she had become a master of mathematic. But such talent did not come easily and cheaply. While other people were busy partying she spent several hours a day practicing math. The result of that self-disciplined commitment is proficiency on her work that few can match.

Courage

Bald eagles mate for life and they are absolutely loyal to eachother. From high altitudes the two birds tumble down in adangerous free fall. Mocking the laws of gravity they unite.Only just above the tree tops they separate and fly wing by wingto the nest. This spectacular show requires great courage. Abusinessman also needs courage to be successful. He has to makedecisions about difficult and uncertain subjects. And he alsoneeds to know when to stop his free fall. Having courage to makedifficult decisions is not synonymous for being reckless. Adecision that leads to disaster is not a decision, but a wildguess. You see....the businessman can learn a great deal from thismajestic bird that embodies not only beauty, strength andfreedom but that possesses also the essential conditions andabilities to survive. The beginning businessman as well, who is maybe starting hisbusiness in great uncertainty about the future, can learn fromthe bald eagle:Flying high starts with spreading your wings!

Enough is enough

When Bald Eagles catch prey, they will catch only one fish at atime. It is not possible for them to catch more. But they knowprecisely how to catch this one fish. Their flying skills, theirstrong talons and their eyesight are extremely well developedand fit for the job. Almost every attempt to catch a prey issuccessful. This phenomenom also holds a wise lesson for the businessman. He has to restrict himself to a number of products he can handleand products that matches his skills and abilities. To stay inthe animal world: if you are a cow don't try to jump fences likea horse. People will only laugh at you. It is better to sell oneproduct very well than ten without a satisfying result

Knowledge

Bald eagles are confined to their territories. With the seasonssome migrate but you find bald eagles only in a specific habitatnamely forests, mountains and near sea and rivers. You won'tfind them in the desert. In their habitat they know what to do,where they can find prey and which dangers surround them. Byinstinct and by learning they have knowledge about the way theyhave to conduct their lives and about how they have to behavein this habitat. They will never go beyond the limitations of thisframe work. If they do, they die. This holds a lesson for the businessman. He should knoweverything about his business and when I say everything, I meaneverything. He should know all about the products he sells frombeginning to end, every detail should be an open book to him.He can never be surprised with questions on which he has noanswers. He should know about marketing techniques, theposition and plans of competitors etc., etc. And if he doesn'tpossess this knowledge by nature, he has to learn it.

Vision

Bald eagles are birds that can often be found on very highaltitudes. There they soar and with their very sharp eye sightthey have a clear view on the world below them and especially on the prey they want to catch; fish, that is what they like most. They can see the milky white spot in the water from a distance of many miles. In high places they build their nests. On a rock, on the top of a tree but always on a spot where they have a good view on the world that surrounds them. And from their castle they see what is happening around them and that gives security. The businessman should also have a clear view on what is happening in the market. From very far he should recognize his potential customers and "attack" them at the right moment. At the same time he should be aware of the dangers that surround him, anticipate, absorb the environment and be prepared to act immediately.

7 daily challenges for every entrepreneur
Lesson one -- Believe in your idea. Never underestimate what you can do. You may surprise yourself.
Lesson two -- Build your team with people possessing complementary skills, not 'yes men' who are always showering praise. You need employees, partners and mentors you trust, who will give you honest feedback and take your company to the next level.
Lesson three -- It's tempting to dream of a corner office, a pool table and expensive chairs, but give it some time. Start small and start efficient. Being better is more important than being bigger.
Lesson four -- Marketing a start-up business is a 24/7 activity and you need to pay attention to the message you're sending out to existing and prospective clients. Your message has to be tailored to meet the customer's expectations.
Lesson five -- Be a coach, rather than the star player. Appreciate and acknowledge the positive behaviours of team members so that the behaviours turn into consistent practices.
Lesson seven -- If you are doing something and the day flies by, if you are surrounded with people you like to work with, then you have most of the ingredients for entrepreneurial success.
